Clinic Registration:


Here are some quick pointers to consider when registering for a clinic:

  • To attend a S.E.A.T.S. for Kids car seat inspection clinic you must register, we will not inspect a car seat unless you have an appointment;
     
  • You cannot register for a clinic unless the registration period is open - to see when registration will open, please view our calendar;
     
  • An email sent to our email address requesting an appointment for our next clinic will not be considered registering;
     
  • When registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email that will include a link to our appointment form for that clinic.

  • Once registration is open, please go to the REGISTER page.  This page will enable you to access the registration form. 

  • You MUST ATTEMPT to install your car seat first.   We will not install for you.

  • We require a minimum $20.00 donation in order to provide this essential service, as we are not funded by any agency. Please give generously.

  • No Show Policy - Anyone who is registered for an appointment at a car seat clinic must give at least 48 hours notice in the event of a cancellation. If no notice is given, the person’s name will be added to a "no show" list. Once a person has 3 "no shows", they will have to wait for a cancellation before they may register for an upcoming car seat clinic.
