Following is the registration form for the car seat clinic being held on Sunday, September 19th, 2010 at the Rideau Carleton Raceway. Please note that due to the size of this event we will require everyone to arrive a half hour before their scheduled appointment (8:30 AM for 9 AM appointments) so that we can have all cars in place to start the seat checks on time. The event runs from 9 AM to 3 PM and there will also be a "baby show" inside as well as lots of activities inside and outside for the whole family. So please bring everyone along and come early to check everything out, or stick around after your appointment.
